Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation

1.1. No Contract shall be cancelled nor shall any Goods that are in accordance with the Contract be returned without prior approval of the Seller.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% on Goods that are accepted for return if they were ordered in error or are no longer required.

2. Returns and Re-stocking Fee:

Requests by you to return goods to us will be accepted subject to a 25% re-stocking fee if all of the following criteria are met:

1. The goods were purchased from the HWS Water Solutions online shop.

2. The goods are in good order, unused, and in original packaging (where applicable).

3. The goods are despatched back within 7 days of the date of despatch/collection.

4. Return carriage is arranged and paid for by yourselves and sent to the below address/contact:

5. HWS Ltd, has been notified by email (info@hwskent.co.uk) before the return.

6. A returns form that has been completed and accompanies the goods.

 

Handling charges:

All goods returned within 7 days of the date of despatch/collection will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, the balance will be reimbursed within 14 days.
